Cancellation Policy :-
- This cancellation policy applies strictly to only those entries which are made online through our website..
- Cancellation of entry will be considered only if the request is received within the stipulated date for cancellation that is mentioned in the tournament entry form. A valid reason for cancellation must be provided by the member.
- The request for cancellation has to be made via email only. To initiate the cancellation request, please visit our website home page and click here (Reach Us) and follow the procedure mentioned. Cancellation of entries has to be done within the stipulated date mentioned in the tournament entry form.
The Addicts Golfing Society of Southern India has a liberal cancellation policy which is as under:
Refund Policy :-
To request a refund, simply contact us with your entry details within fifteen (15) working days after the respective tournament if over. Please include your entry confirmation (sent to you via email after conforming participation in the tournament) and tell us why you're requesting a refund.
All refunds are subject to ratification and approval by the managing council whose decision shall be final. If cancelled as per the above cancellation policy, subject to managing council's approval, refund will be processed within twenty one (21) working days.
